  2. Two weeks of training

    Your SDR spends two weeks learning your product, your ICP, your scripts. They do not go live until you sign off.

    They call on your own leads, your own list. You see the weekly report every Friday.

  4. You decide.

    Keep them on a managed retainer. Hire them directly with no placement fee. Or walk away with no further obligation.

I built this because the problem kept repeating itself.

Every GTM agency I talked to had the same story. Hire a freelance caller. No training. No visibility. Three months later, nothing to show for it.

The callers had the same story. Smart, motivated people working for less than they were worth, with no career path and no visibility into where the work could take them. Two problems that made each other worse.

What does GTM Experts actually do?
We give you a dedicated, named SDR. They spend two weeks training on your product, then two weeks calling on your own leads before you commit to anything ongoing. You provide the leads. Your SDR makes the calls. Founding agencies pay zero placement fee if they later hire that SDR directly.
What does risk-free mean here?
It means a risk-free process, not a money-back promise. If an SDR is not the right fit, we replace them. Path A includes one swap. Path B allows up to two. Trial fees are non-refundable. The guarantee is that we keep matching you until it is right, within the swap limit.
Where is the talent based?
Today, our SDRs are based in the Philippines and work US and EU time zones with near-native English. We are expanding the talent network. South Africa and Argentina are coming soon. Kenya is on our roadmap.
