    Tell us your product, market, and outbound motion. We help you match with a dedicated SDR from our pre-vetted pool — you sign off on who you work with before anything begins.

  2. Two weeks of custom training

    Your SDR trains for two weeks on your product, ICP, and scripts. They do not go live on your leads until you sign off at the end of training.

  3. Two weeks live on your own leads

    Your dedicated SDR runs a two-week live calling trial on your leads, with transparent weekly reporting — so you judge the fit on real results, not a pitch.

  4. Extend, hire, or walk away

    At the end, you choose: continue on a managed retainer, hire your SDR directly with zero placement fee, or walk away with no further obligation. The trial fee is non-refundable — your protection is our replacement guarantee, not a refund.

Why I built GTM Experts

I started GTM Experts because great GTM talent and ambitious agencies kept missing each other — and because the people doing this work deserve a real career, not a disposable seat.

So we pre-vet, intensively train, and embed world-class cold-callers into agency teams: agencies get a proven way to scale outbound without the hiring risk, and SDRs get a path to a global career with fair pay and real respect.

What does GTM Experts actually do?
We give you a dedicated, named SDR — intensively trained for two weeks on your product, then proven on your own leads for two weeks before you commit to anything ongoing. You provide the leads; your SDR makes the calls. Founding agencies pay zero placement fee if they later hire that SDR directly.
What does "risk-free" mean here?
It means a risk-free process, not a money-back promise. If an SDR isn't the right fit during your engagement, we replace them — Path A includes one swap, Path B up to two. Trial fees are non-refundable; the guarantee is that we keep matching you until it's right, within the swap limit.
Where is the talent based?
Today, our SDRs are based in the Philippines and work US and EU time zones with near-native English. We're expanding the talent network — South Africa and Argentina are coming soon, and Kenya is on our roadmap.
