I'm Wesley Henderiks, and I started GTM Experts because great GTM talent and ambitious agencies kept missing each other — and because the people doing this work deserve a real career, not a disposable seat.

So we pre-vet, intensively train, and embed world-class cold-callers into agency teams: agencies get a proven way to scale outbound without the hiring risk, and SDRs get a path to a global career with fair pay and real respect.

Where the talent comes from

That loop has a starting point. The GTM Talent Academy trains aspiring GTM Associates and feeds the proven ones into our SDR pipeline — so the same flywheel that rewards loyal talent also keeps replenishing the bench agencies hire from. Careers begin at the Academy and climb: GTM Associate, then SDR, and onward into the broader GTM ladder.

Today's flagship is a dedicated, named SDR from the Philippines. Our ambition reaches further: to become the partner agencies, and eventually SMBs and enterprises, turn to whenever they need proven GTM talent without the hiring risk. Here is the direction — not a timeline, and nothing here is bookable yet.

A global talent network

Today, our SDRs are based in the Philippines and work US and EU time zones. We aim to grow into a multi-region network so agencies can match talent to their markets and time zones.

A widening role ladder

The career ladder starts at GTM Associate and branches: a sales track toward SDR and Account Executive, and non-sales tracks like GTM Engineer, Customer Success, and RevOps. We intend to open these roles to agencies over time, the same proven way we opened the SDR.
