How much does it cost?
There are two founding paths. Path A (Test-First) is EUR 1,000 and covers four weeks total: two weeks of custom training plus two weeks of live calling, with one SDR swap if needed. Path B (Full Commitment) is EUR 3,000 paid upfront and covers three months, with up to two swaps. Both carry a zero placement fee for founding agencies and no money-back refund. The guarantee is replacement.
What happens at the end of the engagement?
You choose one of three options: move your SDR to a managed retainer at the founding rate of EUR 2,250 per month, hire them directly with zero placement fee, or walk away with no further obligation (trial fees are non-refundable).
What is included in the managed retainer?
A dedicated SDR working exclusively for you, with us handling compensation, benefits, payroll, legal compliance, ongoing QA and coaching, a weekly written performance report every Friday, and a 30-minute Monthly Business Review. It is month-to-month with 30-day written notice, and founding agencies keep a 10% lifetime discount.
How do you vet SDRs?
Every SDR clears a five-stage filter: application and resume screen, an intro-video assessment, a recorded mock call, a live video interview, and a reference or credential check where available. We reject more applicants than we accept. Only experienced SDRs reach your shortlist.
Do you promise meetings or results?
No. Outbound results depend on factors outside our control, like lead quality and market conditions. What we commit to is the process: a pre-vetted rep, proper training, and a replacement if the fit is wrong. If the SDR is not the right fit, we swap them, up to the limit for your path. No refunds.
How will I know how my SDR is performing?
You get a written activity report every Friday: dials, contacts reached, meaningful conversations, meetings booked, a QA score, plus call recordings and transcripts in a secure shared folder. Recordings are available daily. The managed retainer adds a 30-minute Monthly Business Review.
