Why work with us

A safety net, not a disposable seat

You are paid weekly during training and trial — never delayed, never held back. If there’s a gap between placements, you are not penalised for it; we bridge it. The goal is simple: you always have a paid opportunity with us.

  1. Trainee

    A short, paid proving period. You learn the product, the ICP, the script, and the tools — and you are paid every week while you do it.

  2. Trial SDR

    You go live on a real agency’s leads once they’ve signed off on you. Still paid weekly, on time, every week.

  3. Retainer SDR

    You move onto a managed retainer with a base salary and full benefits — health insurance, 13th-month pay, and paid time off.

  4. Direct Hire

    You can be hired directly by the US or EU agency you’ve been working with. When that happens, we take nothing from you.

Compensation

Benefits first. Then a fair base. Then commission.

On a managed retainer, the role is a proper job with proper protections — not a gig. Here’s what comes with it, in the order that actually matters to your life.

  • HMO health insurance

    Real health coverage for you — not a stipend, not a maybe. It comes with the retainer role.

  • 13th-month pay

    The full statutory 13th-month pay, on top of your base salary.

  • Paid time off

    Around 12 days of paid time off a year, so you can rest without losing income.

  • Statutory benefits

    We handle the statutory contributions and the payroll, tax, and compliance behind them — so you don’t have to.

And then the pay itself

On the managed retainer, the role pays a €1,000/month base salary, plus the benefits above, plus performance commission — with on-target earnings around €1,300 a month and up. We handle all payroll, tax, and compliance, so what we agree is what lands.

The trial before that is a short, fully paid proving period that steps up to the retainer once you’re live and matched — it’s the on-ramp, not the headline.

Everyone starts as a GTM Associate. From there the ladder branches — into an SDR today, and over time into a GTM Engineer, Account Executive, Customer Success, or RevOps role. A caller is never a commodity here; it is the first rung of a real career.

GTM Associate

The entry rung of the GTM career ladder. A GTM Associate trains through the free GTM Talent Academy and branches into a specialised go-to-market role — most commonly an SDR, and over time a GTM Engineer, Account Executive, Customer Success, or RevOps professional.

    1. A dedicated, named Sales Development Rep — intensively trained on your product and proven on your own leads before you commit. The flagship, available-now offer.

What we look for

Experienced callers — and honest about the hours

Everyone in the pool is an experienced outbound professional. We’d rather be straight with you up front than waste your time.

  • 1–2+ years of outbound B2B

    Professional outbound B2B cold-calling experience — real dials, real objection handling, real meetings booked. Inbound or customer-service experience alone isn’t a fit.

  • CRM & dialer fluency

    Comfortable in at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) and a dialer (SalesLoft, Outreach, or Orum). Modern tooling is part of the job.

  • Near-native English

    Highly fluent, easily understood spoken and written English — a US or EU prospect should follow you with zero strain.

  • US or EU working hours

    The work follows US or EU time zones — afternoon and evening in the Philippines. We say this plainly so you can decide if it fits your life before you apply.

How we vet

Five honest stages

We reject more applicants than we accept — and that’s exactly why being in the pool means something. Here’s what to expect, end to end.

  1. Application & resume review

    We read your application and your outbound track record. Honest, specific answers go a long way.

  2. Intro video assessment

    A short 30–60 second intro video so we can hear how you come across to a US or EU prospect.

  3. Mock-call recording

    A one-to-two minute mock call. We’re listening for real objection handling, not a memorised pitch.

  4. Live video interview

    A 20–30 minute conversation. If you’re a match, we invite you to this within five business days of applying.

  5. Reference & credential check

    We confirm your background where references are available before you join the pool.

Is this a real career or just gig work?
It's a career path. You start as a trial SDR, move to a retainer SDR with a base salary plus benefits, and can progress to a direct hire at a US or EU agency — where we take nothing from you. The career ladder branches into other GTM roles over time, too.
How does pay work?
You're paid weekly during training and trial, and never penalised for gaps between placements. On a managed retainer the role is a EUR 1,000/month base plus benefits — 13th-month pay, HMO health insurance, paid time off, and statutory benefits — plus performance commission. We handle all payroll, tax, and compliance.
What do I need to apply?
At least one to two years of professional outbound B2B cold-calling experience, near-native or highly fluent English, a professional home office, and availability in US or EU time zones. Experience with a CRM and a dialer is expected.
