You are paid every Friday. During training, during the trial period, and on the retainer. No withheld payments. No gaps between placements that you absorb.

If an agency decides to hire you permanently, we take nothing from you. The placement is yours. No clawback, no finder fee deducted from your pay.

The role is not a gig seat. You are building a career track. The ladder is real and it branches into multiple GTM roles over time.

Full HMO coverage once you are placed on a managed retainer. One of the first things we set up because it matters.

PTO and all statutory requirements covered. We handle payroll, tax, and compliance.

Pay during training and trial: weekly from day one, every Friday.

Everyone starts as a GTM Associate. From there the ladder branches: into an SDR today, and over time into a GTM Engineer, Account Executive, Customer Success, or RevOps role. A caller is never a commodity here. It is the first rung of a real career.

GTM Associate

The entry rung of the GTM career ladder. A GTM Associate trains through the free GTM Talent Academy and branches into a specialised go-to-market role. Most commonly an SDR, and over time a GTM Engineer, Account Executive, Customer Success, or RevOps professional.

Who we are looking for

Experienced outbound callers only.

Outbound B2B experience

At least one to two years of professional cold-calling on B2B accounts. No inbound, no support backgrounds.

Fluent English

Easily understood by US and EU audiences. Accent clarity is assessed in the intro video stage.

US or EU hours

Professional home office. Availability to work the time zone of your assigned agency.

    Accent, clarity, and communication are rated by a real person.

  3. Mock call

    A recorded one to two minute outbound scenario. We are listening for real objection handling.

  4. Live interview

    A 20 to 30 minute conversation with a founder or staff member.

  5. Reference check

    Where available, we confirm your background before you join the pool.

Is this a real career or just gig work?
It is a career path. You start as a trial SDR, move to a retainer role with a base salary plus benefits, and can progress to a direct hire at a US or EU agency (where we take nothing from you). The career ladder also branches into other GTM roles over time.
How does pay work?
You are paid weekly during training and trial, and never penalised for gaps between placements. On a managed retainer the role pays EUR 1,000 per month base, plus benefits (13th-month pay, HMO health insurance, paid time off, and statutory benefits), plus performance commission. We handle all payroll, tax, and compliance.
What do I need to apply?
At least one to two years of professional outbound B2B cold-calling experience, near-native or highly fluent English, a professional home office, and availability in US or EU time zones. Experience with a CRM and a dialer is expected.
