A 5-stage filter — we reject more than we accept

Every SDR clears five stages before they ever reach you. It is a deliberate filter: we reject more applicants than we accept.

  1. Application & resume screen

    We screen for genuine outbound B2B experience — never inbound or support backgrounds.

  2. Intro video assessment

    A short recorded intro, scored on clarity and near-native English. Thick accents that need repeated clarification do not pass.

  3. Mock call recording

    A recorded mock cold call — judged on opener, objection handling, and a clear ask.

  4. Live video interview

    A real conversation to confirm character, resilience, and professionalism.

  5. Reference & credential check

    We verify history and references when available before anyone joins the pool.

The SDRs you meet are fluent in the modern outbound stack — Clay, Apollo, a professional dialer, and a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
