Acceptance and scope
By using this website you agree to these terms. They govern your use of the website only. Any formal engagement with GTM Experts — for example a trial or a managed retainer — is governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties. Those agreements, not this page, set out the commercial terms of the engagement.
Accuracy of information
We publish information on this site in good faith and keep it current to the best of our ability. Program details and availability reflect our current founding cohort and may change once that program closes. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and we may update the site at any time.
Site content and intellectual property
The content, copy, branding, and media on this site belong to GTM Experts or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without our permission. Any talent intro or mock-call videos are unlisted and are not licensed for reuse.
No guarantee of results
We guarantee a process, not outcomes. Outbound results depend on factors beyond our control — including your lead quality, your market, and your offer — so we do not promise any particular number of meetings or results. Our commitment is a replacement guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your SDR during the engagement, we swap them within the agreed limits.
Fees and the replacement guarantee
Trial fees are paid up front and are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your SDR, you are protected by our replacement guarantee — we replace the SDR (within the swap limits set out in your agreement), not your money. The exact fees, swap limits, and end-of-engagement options are set out in your signed agreement.
The SDR’s status
During a trial or retainer, your SDR is an independent contractor of GTM Experts and is embedded in your team to work exclusively on your account. The SDR is not your employee. The employment relationship changes only if you choose the separate direct-hire path, which is genuine permanent employment with you.
Direct hire
If you choose to directly hire an SDR, it must be a genuine, permanent role — not a short-term arrangement intended to avoid fees. If a directly hired SDR is terminated without cause within a defined window after hire, a reduced placement fee applies. The details are set out in your signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the total fees you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or reputational harm. As above, outbound outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. This site is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which GTM Experts is registered. We will always try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion first.
